Who is responsible
Liberad Media is the name used by the independent individual operator of this publication in France. The operator is responsible for personal information processed for the purposes described in this notice.

Correspondence and local enquiry drafts
If you send an email, it can contain your name, email address, organisation and the information you choose to include. This is used to understand and answer the message, handle a correction or information request, and maintain the records needed for that exchange.
Ordinary correspondence and website security are handled for the legitimate interests of communicating and operating the publication, subject to the rights of the person concerned. A requested step before an agreement, or a legal obligation, can provide a different basis where it applies.
The contact-page builder prepares an enquiry locally in your browser. It does not send the entered text to Liberad or save it as a server-side enquiry. Copying or downloading saves a copy on your device; opening an email application and sending a message are separate actions. Do not include passwords, card details or unnecessary sensitive information.
Website delivery and service providers
The site uses WordPress and Hostinger hosting. Website delivery and protection can involve an IP address, the requested page, browser information, timestamps and security events. Hosting, administration and email services can process information needed to operate, protect and troubleshoot those services and handle correspondence.
Some photographs may be delivered by an image provider rather than directly from liberad.com. A browser request to that provider includes technical information needed to deliver the image. The Cookies and Site Technology page describes relevant website functions.
Article buttons currently lead directly to official websites without affiliate tracking. The destination can collect information under its own notice after you follow a link. Liberad does not receive payment-card information used at a retailer’s checkout.
Access is limited to the operator and service providers who need information for the relevant purpose, or disclosure required by law. Where a service involves an international transfer subject to data-protection restrictions, the applicable safeguards must be assessed for that service. A service provider’s contract and location matter; this notice does not assume that every provider processes data in France.
Retention and your choices
Information is retained for the purpose of the exchange and associated record-keeping, security or legal requirements. The period depends on the record, the reason it is needed and any applicable obligation. Records should be reviewed and removed when they are no longer needed; a privacy request can ask about information relevant to a particular interaction.
Depending on the circumstances, rights can include access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. Consent, where it is the basis of processing, can be withdrawn for future use. Conditions and legal exceptions can apply.
To make a request, email contact@liberad.com and identify the relevant interaction. Proportionate information may be needed to confirm identity. You may raise a concern with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL, at cnil.fr, or with another competent supervisory authority, including the UK Information Commissioner where applicable.
